1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tkv6 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support services and any other features available through tkv6.org (the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and tkv6 ("the Company").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the tkv6 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

tkv6 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their account email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

Use of the tkv6 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. tkv6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkv6 enforces a strict minimum age policy and does not permit any individual under 21 to register an account or place bets. This requirement applies to all players regardless of local custom or practice.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tkv6 does not provide legal advice on this matter.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of tkv6 or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such a person. Employees and their immediate relatives are strictly excluded from real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must not have previously had an account closed by tkv6 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity. Attempting to open a new account after a previous closure for cause constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party. Accounts created or operated on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming on tkv6 you must register a Player account. Registration requires accurate, complete and current information. tkv6 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and may request identity documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

• Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicates are detected, tkv6 may close all such accounts, void associated bets and withhold winnings pending investigation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. tkv6 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• tkv6 may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method or other documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.
• Players are responsible for updating their account information promptly should any details change. Outdated contact information, particularly an incorrect mobile number, may delay withdrawal processing and KYC verification.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

tkv6 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered in the player's own name. tkv6 will not process transactions to or from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. tkv6 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• tkv6 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits. All are mobile money services widely available across Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna and rural areas. No international credit card or bank transfer is required.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified Player account will be returned to the originating payment method. tkv6 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile money provider during the return process.
• tkv6 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile money provider may apply independent transaction fees. Players should consult their provider's fee schedule for details.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure is strictly enforced. tkv6 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are ordinarily processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high demand periods, public holidays or where KYC verification is outstanding.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover condition will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• tkv6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Additional documentation may be required and processing timelines extended accordingly. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied uniformly to all accounts.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tkv6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out in the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit. The bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance and is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Bonus funds may not be used to fund deposits on external platforms or transferred between accounts.
• tkv6 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, adjust bonus balances where a system fault caused an incorrect award, and void any bets placed with erroneously credited funds. Players who have withdrawn such funds will be required to repay the amount.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific free spin terms stated in that promotion. Winnings from free spins are ordinarily credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other major sporting events are subject to their own individual promotion terms published on the Platform at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules apply where the specific promotion terms are silent on a particular matter.

6Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

tkv6 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and fraud-free environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or a different identity. tkv6 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts and will close all duplicates found.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software bugs for unfair advantage, or using any automated betting system, bot or script that interacts with the Platform without prior written consent from tkv6.
• Deliberately exploiting bonus terms through systematic wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, commonly referred to as bonus abuse. tkv6 analyses betting patterns and may void bonuses where abuse is identified.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity. tkv6 is required by applicable law to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. All accounts are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity documents during registration or KYC verification. Submitting forged documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the tkv6 Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the exclusive property of tkv6 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the tkv6 Platform without the prior express written consent of tkv6. Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

8Privacy and Data Protection

tkv6 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We use your data to provide services, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations and improve the Platform. We do not sell player data to third parties. 9Responsible Gaming

tkv6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We enforce a minimum age of 21 years for all players and provide tools to help manage gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. 10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkv6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

tkv6's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11Account Suspension and Termination

tkv6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to comply with KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Where tkv6 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, account sharing or any other form of dishonest conduct in connection with the account or any associated transactions.
• At the player's own written request for account closure, including where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons. Players requesting self-exclusion should contact support at [email protected] to initiate the process.

12Amendments to These Terms

tkv6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by publishing an updated version on the Platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and tkv6 in connection with your use of the Platform should first be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected]. tkv6 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process. tkv6's decision following a thorough investigation shall be final, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
